It manufactures innovative and experiential products across the Electronics, Electricals, and Consumer Durables industries. Initially recognized for its voltage stabilizers, V-Guard has diversified its portfolio and operates as a multi-product enterprise with a nationwide presence in India. The company produces approximately 65% of its products in-house across multiple manufacturing facilities within the country, while outsourcing the remaining 35%. In FY23, V-Guard expanded its operations by acquiring the Sunflame brand, which is included among its business segments alongside its core Electronics, Electricals, and Consumer Durables offerings.
