Policies & Procedures
This page lists the policies and procedures published by Besseggen InfoTech LLP, the SEBI-registered stock broker that operates tick2trade. Besseggen is a member of NSE (member code 90155, cash and F&O) and BSE (member code 6722, cash and F&O) under SEBI registration INZ000213450. The documents below are the compliance set clients and counterparties can download: cyber security, incident handling, access control, change management, backup, audit and related operating procedures.
Cyber and information-security files cover network security, patch management, logging and monitoring, supplier relationships, antivirus, cryptographic controls, vulnerability assessment and the cyber crisis plan. Operational files cover the audit trail, backup and recovery, change management, role-based access, user access, password rules, risk management and standard operating procedures. Organisational goals, organisation structure and the network diagram sit alongside those policies so the control environment can be read with the firm’s structure.
Each row names the document and links to the file on tick2trade’s static host. Open or download the PDF, spreadsheet or image you need; the table itself does not replace the document. Policies are maintained for regulatory disclosure and internal control. They describe how Besseggen runs technology, security and operations. They are not investment research and they do not describe the risks of any particular security.
