Besseggen InfoTech LLP is the stock broker. Tick2Trade is the brand and product through which Besseggen provides analysis and execution for equity cash and F&O. Regulatory identity:

This Privacy Policy applies to personal data and other information that Besseggen collects through Tick2Trade in connection with stock broking and related Platform features. It does not apply to information you give directly to a third party, or that a third-party website, app or service collects when you leave the Platform.

You may browse certain public pages without creating an account. To open a trading account, complete KYC, place orders, or use logged-in terminal features, you must register with Besseggen and provide the information required for a SEBI-registered broker.

Besseggen may collect the following categories of information. Mandatory fields are indicated at the time of collection. You may choose not to provide optional information, but you cannot use services that legally or operationally require the withheld data.

Identity and KYC. Name, date of birth, gender, photograph, signature, PAN, proof of identity and address, nominee details, occupation, and other KYC information. Besseggen may retrieve or verify KYC records from a KYC Registration Agency (KRA), the Central KYC Registry (CKYCR), or other authorised repositories. Aadhaar or other national identifiers may be collected or verified only as permitted under applicable law for KYC and account opening.

Contact details. Mobile number, email address, and correspondence / residential address.

Bank, demat and financial information. Bank account details, income range or other suitability information required for broking, demat account details, and payment instructions needed to fund, settle or withdraw from your trading account with Besseggen.

Trading and transactional information. Orders, trades, positions, holdings, margins, contract notes, funds and securities movements, and related audit logs for equity cash and F&O activity on NSE and BSE. Besseggen does not collect mutual-fund folio, bond holding, or similar product data as a distributor, because those products are not offered.

Account and authentication data. Login identifiers, hashed or otherwise protected credentials, session tokens, device binding information, and two-factor authentication events.

Device, usage and cookies. IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, timestamps, crash or diagnostic logs, and cookie data. If you use the mobile application and grant permission, Besseggen may receive approximate or precise location for security, fraud prevention, or features that depend on it. You can disable location in device settings; some features may then be unavailable.

Communications. Emails, in-app messages, support tickets, call recordings where permitted, and other correspondence you send to Besseggen about Tick2Trade.

Information you submit is treated as provided voluntarily. You are responsible for its accuracy. Besseggen is not obliged to independently verify every field except as required for KYC, surveillance, or law.

Besseggen uses the information described above to:

• open, maintain and service your trading and related accounts with Besseggen;
• complete KYC, unique client code allotment, and ongoing due diligence;
• accept, route, execute, clear and settle equity cash and F&O orders on NSE and BSE;
• calculate margins, manage risk, and meet exchange, clearing corporation and depository obligations;
• send contract notes, statements, margin calls, and other service notices;
• provide customer support and resolve disputes;
• protect the Platform, detect fraud, unauthorised access, and market-abuse related activity;
• comply with SEBI, exchange, depository, tax, prevention of money-laundering, and other applicable law;
• operate, debug and improve Tick2Trade features, including charts, option chain, screener and related analysis tools;
• send transactional and regulatory communications (these cannot be fully opted out of while you hold an account);
• send product updates or promotional messages where permitted, with an option to unsubscribe from marketing emails.

Besseggen does not use your information to open, distribute or service mutual fund, bond, commodity, currency, insurance or lending products through Tick2Trade, because Besseggen does not offer those products on the Platform.

Unless you expressly authorise it, Besseggen will not share your personal information with another Tick2Trade user.

Besseggen does not sell your personal information. Information may be shared only as needed to provide stock broking through Tick2Trade, to meet legal duties, or with your consent. Typical recipients include:

• NSE, BSE, and their clearing corporations;
• depositories and depository participants (including NSDL and CDSL, as applicable);
• KRAs, CKYCR, CERSAI and other KYC / CKYC infrastructure;
• SEBI, exchanges, law-enforcement, courts, tax authorities, and other bodies that have a lawful right to the information;
• banks, payment gateways and settlement banks that process funds for your Besseggen trading account;
• technology, cloud, analytics, communications and other vendors bound by contract to use the data only for work they do for Besseggen;
• professional advisers such as auditors, lawyers and consultants under confidentiality obligations;
• a successor entity if Besseggen merges, reorganises, or transfers all or part of its broking business, subject to applicable law.

Besseggen may disclose information without prior notice to the extent necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, enforce terms, or protect the rights, property or safety of Besseggen, users of Tick2Trade, or others.

Tick2Trade uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure usage, and help secure the Platform. Some cookies last only for a session; others remain until they expire or you delete them. You may refuse cookies in your browser. If you do, login, charts, or other features may not work as expected, and you may need to re-authenticate more often.

Cookies themselves typically do not contain your name. If you are logged in, cookie identifiers may be associated with your Besseggen account.

The Platform may link to exchange sites, depositories, app stores, payment pages, or other third-party properties. Those sites have their own privacy practices. Besseggen is not responsible for content, cookies or data handling on properties it does not control. Review the third party's policy before you submit information there.

Besseggen maintains reasonable security practices and procedures intended to protect personal information from unauthorised access, use, alteration or destruction, consistent with the Information Technology Act, 2000, applicable rules, and SEBI / exchange cyber-security expectations. Transaction data in transit is protected with encryption. Access to systems is restricted on a need-to-know basis.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Besseggen cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed or altered as a result of events outside its reasonable control, including attacks, malware or force majeure. You must keep your password, OTP, PIN and other credentials confidential and must not share them with anyone, including persons claiming to represent Tick2Trade or Besseggen.

Notify Besseggen immediately at support@tick2trade.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. Besseggen will notify you and/or the relevant authority of a personal-data breach where required by applicable law.

Besseggen retains personal and transactional information for as long as needed to provide services and for the periods required by SEBI, exchanges, depositories, tax and other applicable law, and to resolve disputes. Deleting your Tick2Trade login or requesting account closure does not require Besseggen to erase records that it must keep as a registered stock broker.

Subject to law and exchange / depository processes, you may request access to or correction of personal information Besseggen holds about you, including KYC updates through prescribed channels. You may decline optional cookies or marketing emails. You cannot opt out of communications that Besseggen must send as your broker (for example contract notes, risk alerts, or regulatory notices) while the account remains open.

Tick2Trade is intended for persons who are legally eligible to open a trading account in India. Besseggen does not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of opening a broking account.

You may request deletion of your Tick2Trade account and associated Platform access at any time by writing to Besseggen support at support@tick2trade.com. Use that address for account-deletion requests and related support.

After Besseggen processes a valid deletion or closure request, you will no longer be able to log in to Tick2Trade or place orders through the Platform. Besseggen may delete, anonymise or restrict Platform credentials and profile data that is no longer needed. Information that Besseggen must retain as a SEBI-registered stock broker — including KYC, trade, settlement, tax and surveillance records — will be kept for the legally required period and will not be treated as fully erased solely because the Tick2Trade login was closed.

Outstanding obligations (positions, dues, demat or funds processes) must be settled in line with exchange and depository rules before Besseggen can complete account closure.

Besseggen may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised policy is effective when published on the Platform. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of Tick2Trade after an update means you accept the revised policy. Material changes may also be notified by email, in-app message, or a notice on the Platform, at Besseggen's discretion.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Subject to any non-derogable statutory forum, courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of this policy.
