Established in 1955 as a private limited company by founder Mr. T.T. Krishnamachari, the firm went public in 1994. In 2012, TTK Prestige formed alliances with global high-end brands to expand its offerings in high-end cookware, store ware, water filters, and gas tops. The company is part of the TTK Group, which was founded in 1928 by Mr. T.T. Krishnamachari as a distributor of various products ranging from foods to personal care items.
