The company provides investment banking and advisory services, as well as holding company activities. It operates through seven business segments: alternative asset management, mutual funds, asset reconstruction, NBFC (credit), housing finance, general insurance, and life insurance. Edelweiss has transitioned from a capital-heavy wholesale lending model to a capital-light, retail-focused structure. As of March 2026, it manages customer assets worth approximately ₹2.4 trillion and serves a customer base of 12.8 million.
