Coromandel International Ltd is an agricultural company operating primarily in India, the USA, Canada, and Europe. It offers a broad range of products and services including phosphatic fertilizers, crop protein, bio pesticides, specialty and organic nutrients, crop protection products, and biologicals such as azadirachtin. The company serves the farming community directly, providing agricultural inputs as well as soil testing and advisory services. It holds the position of the second-largest phosphatic fertilizer seller in India and the largest single super phosphate seller with around a 15% market share. Coromandel also leads in the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana fertilizer markets. In crop protection, it ranks as the third-largest manufacturer of mancozeb worldwide and is the largest global producer of neem-based bio-pesticides. Exports account for approximately 37% of its crop protection revenues, with azadirachtin manufacturing comprising roughly 65% of export share. The company maintains the largest rural retail network for agricultural inputs and advisory services in India and is a key member of the Murugappa Group.
