The company manages a network of 36 healthcare facilities with about 4,000 operational beds, offering services spanning from primary clinics to quaternary care medical services, including hospitals, diagnostics, and day care specialty facilities. Its diagnostics segment is operated under the brand Agilus Diagnostics through its 57% owned subsidiary SRL Limited, which has a presence in over 600 cities and towns, supported by 415 laboratories, 8,200 direct clients, and 1,400 collection centers. Fortis Healthcare's first healthcare facility became operational in Mohali, Punjab in 2001. The company is part of the healthcare industry and is controlled by its parent company, IHH Healthcare.
