Incorporated in 1992 and headquartered in Vadodara, Gujarat, the company primarily serves the power and infrastructure sectors through its manufacturing operations. The company recently completed a significant corporate transition, including the acquisition of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Bimal Switchgear Private Limited, in December 2025.
