It serves industries including infrastructure, mining, defense, and construction equipment manufacturing. Alongside its core products, TIL Limited provides integrated customer support and after sales service. The company operates primarily in India and maintains strategic global alliances with Caterpillar Inc. since 1944, Manitowoc Cranes, and Hyster-Yale. Following the acquisition of a majority stake by Indocrest Defence Solutions Private Limited (IDSPL) in late 2023, TIL Limited now operates under the management of the Gainwell Group. The company is publicly listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE).
