Sula Vineyards Limited, incorporated in 2003, is an Indian company engaged in the production and sale of wine as well as wine tourism. It operates primarily in India and is recognized as the country's largest wine producer and seller, holding over 50% market share in the domestic 100% grape wine market and 60% share by value in the Elite and Premium wine categories as of March 31, 2022. The company produces and distributes wines under various brands including 'Sula,' which is noted as the category creator of wine in India, along with 'RASA,' 'Dindori,' 'The Source,' 'Satori,' 'Madera,' and 'Dia.' Sula Vineyards pioneered wine tourism in India, establishing the first vineyard in Nashik in 1996 and launching the country's first wine tasting room in 2005. It is the only pure-play wine producer listed on Indian stock exchanges, with listings on both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).
