Noida Toll Bridge Company Ltd, incorporated in 1996 as a Special Purpose Vehicle within the IL&FS Group, was established to develop, construct, operate, and maintain the Delhi Noida Toll Bridge (DND Flyway). This infrastructure project consists of an eight-lane, 9.2-kilometer toll bridge connecting South Delhi to Noida across the Yamuna River, including the Mayur Vihar link. The company operates in the infrastructure industry and serves the regions of Delhi and Noida, India. Its activities include construction of the toll bridge, operation and maintenance, advertisement revenue generation, and asset maintenance. Since 2016, following a court order, the company has been restrained from collecting tolls and has focused on advertisement revenue and asset maintenance under the Concession Agreement.
