CEAT Ltd., incorporated in 1958, is an Indian tyre manufacturer operating across various automotive segments such as two-wheelers, passenger cars, trucks, buses, and off-highway vehicles. The company is part of the RPG Group since 1982 and maintains a presence in more than 110 countries, including India and Sri Lanka, where it operates a joint venture. CEAT Ltd. manufactures tyres and is active in both the tyre manufacturing and automotive industries. The company was the first tyre manufacturer worldwide to receive the Deming Grand Prize for Total Quality Management and was recognized among the top 25 best workplaces in manufacturing by GPTW in 2022.
