Payment & Subscription
All paid subscriptions on Tick2Trade are processed securely through Razorpay or other authorized payment gateways.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing, billing cycle, and terms mentioned at the time of purchase.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only for paid subscription plans and are subject to the conditions mentioned below:
a) One-Month Subscription Plans
• If you have purchased a one-month plan, you may request a pro-rata refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• Refund requests made after 7 days from the purchase date will not be eligible for any refund.
b) Long-Term Subscription Plans (6 Months or More)
• For 6-month or longer duration plans, a pro-rata refund may be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• The pro-rata refund calculation will be based on the standard one-month plan price, and not on any discounted or promotional pricing.
c) No Refund Cases
• No refunds will be processed if the refund request is made after the applicable refund period mentioned above.
• No refunds are applicable for partially used subscriptions beyond the allowed refund window.
Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their Tick2Trade account or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund, unless it meets the refund eligibility criteria stated above.
Login-Specific Subscriptions
All Tick2Trade subscription plans are login-specific.If a subscription is purchased using one broker or trading login, the paid features cannot be transferred or used on another broker or login. Tick2Trade is not responsible for incorrect login selection during purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team within the eligible refund period:
• Include your registered email ID, transaction details, and reason for the refund request.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to payment gateway timelines.
Policy Changes
Tick2Trade reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Subscription Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
